Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network Now Registering for December 2-Game and 3-Game Tournaments

It brings exciting boys’ and girls’ basketball tournaments to look forward to this winter.

Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network is now accepting registrations for its highly anticipated 2-game and 3-game tournaments in December. This is the chance for boys and girls to showcase their skills and compete with the best young talents in the region.

Illinois high school basketball has always been at a high level, yet talented players and teams struggle to find the right opportunities for a truly competitive experience. This is mainly due to tournament brokers charging extremely high prices, which many cannot afford. In 2014, as Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network started with tournaments, things began to change. It set out to transform the basketball scene by providing a platform that not only delivered top-notch competitive experiences but also remained accessible to all aspiring players in the region. They can now access the platform they deserve to hone and showcase their skills.

The Chicago Youth Basketball Network (CYBN) is one of Chicago’s most recognized and active youth basketball organizations.

Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network is not a tournament broker, but it has partnered with others who own exceptional gym locations and make courts available to teams at affordable rates. It also ensures that the facilities are filled and keep making profits. But above all, it has significantly benefited Chicago youth basketball leagues by facilitating growing opportunities for players to gain valuable tournament experience. Today, it serves more than 5,000 registrations per year and saves organizations over $250,000 annually.

These accomplishments are just some of the reasons why Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network has become a trusted name for high-quality, fair, and inclusive basketball in Chicago. Notably, it emphasizes inclusivity by designing tournaments for both boys and girls.

“Another factor we would like to highlight is that our tournaments are designed for both boys and girls. We are committed to ensuring that every young talent in the region gets the platform they deserve to advance their skills, try out in tournaments, and compete with other players like them,” said a spokesperson for CYBN.

Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network consistently brings the best of Illinois high school basketball to its tournaments that are held throughout the year. It is currently accepting registrations for its 2-game and 3-game tournaments in December. Renowned facilities such as Plainfield SportsPlex, Supreme Courts, and TPS (Willow Springs) will host these events, featuring Refuse to Lose on Saturdays and Refuse to Lose on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Exciting showdowns await participants at Battle At The Rock in Sports Factory (Rockford), which will have 2-game shootouts, and at Lake Effect Snodown, which will have both 2-game and 3-game shootouts. Additionally, players have the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete with the best in tournaments like Winter Hoops Classic, Rockets Classic, Holiday Breakaways, and New Year’s Battle. Registrations for these boys’ and girls’ basketball tournaments are now open.

“Even though the registrations have only just opened, we have received an overwhelming response from teams. There are only a few spots available for these highly anticipated tournaments in December, and you definitely don’t want your budding basketball stars to miss out. You can reach out to us in case you have any questions or difficulty with registrations, and our team will be happy to assist,” said the spokesperson.

About Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network

The Chicago Youth Basketball Network (CYBN) is one of Chicago’s most recognized and active youth basketball organizations. At present, they serve over 5000 teams, and the number of registrations is growing each year. The organization helps many schools and other organizations save up to $250,000 annually. However, the uptick in the number of teams registering and those poised to register will positively affect the sport in general. Although the Chicago Youth Basketball Network isn't a tournament broker and does not invest capital in any basketball team, they allow the school districts and municipalities to rent courts at a discounted price. The CYBN and its growing partner network own several gyms in Chicago. The fees are 25% of what they usually are with the same facilities. That means organizations save money and keep the gyms filled; a win-win for everyone.
