Dr. Cohen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in pediatric medicine, ADHD Behavioral Therapy, global health, and preventive care, further strengthening Engaging Minds' commitment to providing comprehensive support to students.
Dr. Cohen's clinical interests extend to global health, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care, aligning perfectly with Engaging Minds' holistic approach to education and student development. With his extensive experience and dedication to improving the lives of children, Dr. Cohen's addition to the Board of Directors will undoubtedly contribute to Engaging Minds' mission of empowering students to achieve their full potential, both academically and throughout their lives.

About Scott Cohen, M.D.
Dr. Cohen received his undergraduate education at the University of Vermont and earned his medical degree from Tufts University in 1989. He subsequently embarked on a pediatric residency at Oakland Children's Hospital in California, where he remained for the next 33 years. Throughout his career, Dr. Cohen held positions in hospital pediatric medicine and outpatient primary care, while also dedicating himself to teaching medical students and residents in California.
In 2002, Dr. Cohen founded the Global Pediatric Alliance, a non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on training indigenous midwives and health workers in remote areas of Latin America. His passion for improving healthcare access and quality on a global scale has made a significant impact in underserved communities. Dr. Cohen currently serves as the Medical Director of Clarity Pediatrics, an online company providing clinical services for families of children with ADHD, Dr. Cohen continues to demonstrate his commitment to pediatric medicine and family support.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Cohen enjoys playing music, exploring the beautiful Green Mountains through hiking, swimming and winter sports. Recently, he relocated to South Burlington, VT, with his wife and two children.
