Mathew brings extensive clinical leadership experience across outpatient, inpatient, and residential behavioral health settings. In her role, Mathew will oversee clinical operations across all programs, with a focus on expanding mental health services, optimizing existing substance use disorder treatment offerings, and supporting the continued development of integrated behavioral health care. She will also lead initiatives related to program structure, staffing models, documentation standards, and regulatory readiness.
